Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Kimberly Terry, EdD
Kim is a healthcare and customer success professional who has devoted her life to helping others. She has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of mental health and nonprofit leadership. Kim oversees the US and SL programs. Kim also does consulting, teaching, and is available for speaking engagements.

SL- Chief Medical Officer
Theresa Farmer, RN, MidWife
Theresa is a registered nurse with over 15 years experience as a nursing professional. She is also certified midwife. Theresa is a police nurse and also teaches new nurses clinical skills. She is a nurse educator and provides extensive education to the public.

SL- Event Coordinator
Karah Terry, BSc
Karah is a recent graduate of Penn State with a degree in biology. Karah is a proven fundraiser as she was active with children's hospital funding while in school. She has a heart for others and provides organizational support to ED and the international programs.

Executive Assistant
Crystal Hansley, AA
Crystal Hansley is an administrative professional who serves as a personal assistant to Kimberly Terry, who is also the CEO of MIGC, LLC. Crystal has a degree in Health Information Management Systems. She takes care of volunteer coordination for this organization.
