Kimberly Terry-Koroma, MA

Executive Director and Founder

Kimberly is a healthcare and training professional with a vision to create safe spaces that promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all. Kimberly is passionate about healing communication and empowerment.

Education: 

  • BA in Psychology from Shaw University

  • MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from Arcadia University

  • EdD in Organizational Leadership with a Behavioral Health Emphasis (dissertation phase) from Grand Canyon University

Rochandra Lomax-Cook, MBA

Chief Innovation Officer

Rochandra is a marketing and procurement professional who has extensive experience in process improvement and resource management. Rochandra is an efficiency expert with an eye for detail and a high level of emotional intelligence.

  • BS in Business Administration w/a concentration in Marketing w/a Minor in Leadership Studies from the University of NC at Wilmington

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland

Dr. Mozell Terry

Chief Medical Consultant

Mozell is a compassionate, multi-state licensed nursing professional accustomed to treating diverse patient needs while managing complex conditions. Offering excellent clinical knowledge, judgment and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and coordinate with healthcare professionals to advance patient care and outcomes.

  • Master of Science from American Sentinel University in Nursing Management and Leadership

  • Bachelor of Arts from NCCU in Nursing Practice

  • Master of Arts from NCCU in Agency Counseling

  • Doctorate from Newburgh College in Biblical Studies

Crystal Hansley, HIC

Direct Support Administrative Lead

Crystal is an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant and has been working with a variety of populations for over 12 years.

  • Billing and coding (has MBC)

  • Pre-Authorization for services

  • Office Management

  • Personnel and Patient chart organization
