Magnified Insights Global Consulting
Providing transformative care in an often uncaring world.
MIGC does not believe anyone's voice should be silenced for any reason. MIGC believes in the power of human connection, listening with the intent and will to help, and transformative care. Transformative means causing a marked change; and Care is the provision of what is necessary for health, welfare, maintenance, and protection. The people and organizations we serve are promised we will engage in every interaction, every time, with excellence.
Who We Are
Why us? Why now?
The reasons are simple. We are a group of talented, experienced, and passionate individuals who care deeply for others in need. We have a wide breadth of experiences and years of education. Most importantly, we work with integrity and compassion.
Why now? If ever there was a time to focus on the inequities that remain in our world, it is now. We see a continued need for equitable access to resources and support in the healthcare space, as well as, in the workplace. Cultural competence is only the beginning of creating and maintaining equitable workspaces for Black people, people of color, and people of varying genders, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
