Who We Are
Why us? Why now?
The reasons are simple. We are a group of talented, experienced, and passionate individuals who care deeply for others in need. We have a wide breadth of experiences and years of education. Most importantly, we work with integrity and compassion.Â
Why now? If ever there was a time to focus on the inequities that remain in our world, it is now. We see a continued need for equitable access to resources and support in the healthcare space, as well as, in the workplace. Cultural competence is only the beginning of creating and maintaining equitable workspaces for Black people, people of color, and people of varying genders, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
Magnified Insights Global Consulting is a nonprofit organization. Any gift provided to us will be used to fund staff work and programming for the populations we serve, as we believe in transparent financing.
